The number of homes sold increased by 21.03% or 98 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 36 days to 27 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.80%.

The number of homes sold increased by 16 homes or 57.14%. Average sale prices were down by 19.52%. Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014 The number of homes sold increased from 307 to 475 or 54.72% in September 2015 over the same month in 2014. Average sale prices were up by 10.88%.
