August 2016 vs. August 2015 The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 33.33% in August 2016 vs. August 2015. 4 more listing came on the Toronto Board in August 2016 vs. August 2015, which is an increase of 6.15%. The number of homes sold remained the same.The average days on the market decreased from 25 to 15 days! Average sale prices were up by 10.12%.

Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 602 to 583, which is a decrease of 3.16%. The number of homes sold decreased by 12 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 28 to 16 days!. Average sale prices were up year over year by 13.77%.

August 2016 vs. August 2015 The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 27.14% in August 2016 over the same month in 2015. The number of homes sold increased by 7 homes in August 2016. Average sale prices increased by 19.70%.

Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015 The number of homes sold increased from 431 to 457 or 6.03% in August 2016 over the same month in 2015. Average sale prices were up by 15.95%.
