On The Move Assistant
(Part time, field based role)
This is a physically demanding, labour intensive role that supports our real estate operations. It is best suited to someone who enjoys manual work, lifting, outdoor tasks, and being on the road rather than behind a desk.
What You Will Be Doing
- Loading, unloading, installing, and removing real estate signs on a regular basis
- Repeatedly lifting and carrying heavy sign panels, metal posts, bases, and tools
- Driving between properties and transporting equipment daily
- Assisting with lifting, moving, and small listing setup tasks related to signage and marketing materials
- Completing basic fix it or maintenance style work as required
- Supporting event setup and teardown
Physical Requirements
- Ability to independently lift, carry, and install heavy signage and equipment
- Comfortable with sustained physical labour throughout the day
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable handling tools, posts, and other materials
Job Requirements
- • Reliable truck or SUV suitable for transporting signs and equipment
• Strong work ethic and pride in physical work done properly
• General maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trades experience is a strong asset
• Weekend availability required, with flexible weekday scheduling
