The number of homes sold increased by 4 sales. The average days on the market decreased from 14 to 11 days. Average sale prices were up by 36.40%!

Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 198 to 185, which is a decrease of 6.57%. The number of homes sold remained the same year over year. The average days on the market decreased from 16 to 13 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 29.33%
