The number of homes sold decreased by 4.62% or 3 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 35 to 21 days. Average sale prices were up by 5.39%.

Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2015 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 506 to 475, which is a decreased of 6.13%. The number of homes sold increased by 29.90% or 90 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 35 to 29 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 6.09%.
