The number of homes sold decreased by 10.53% or 6 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 34 to 13 days! Average sale prices were up by 9.14%. Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 133 to 122, which is a decrease of 8.27%. The number of homes sold decreased by 15 homes or 15.79%. The average days on the market decreased from 40 to 18 days!. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.05%.

The number of homes sold increased by 21 homes in February 2016! Average sale prices increased by 20.97%. Year to Date 2016 vs. February 2015 The number of homes sold increased from 53 to 72 or 35.85% in February 2016 over the same month in 2015. Average sale prices were up by 23.62.
