January 2017 vs. January 2016 The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 48.6% in January 2017 vs. January 2016. 10 fewer listings came on the Toronto Board in January 2017 vs. January 2016, which is a decrease of 20.8%. The number of homes sold remained the same in 2017 & 2016. The average days on the market decreased from 25 to 23 days. Average sale prices were up by 31.6%.

January 2017 vs. January 2016 The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 51.0% in January 2017 over the same month in 2016. The number of homes sold decreased by 4 homes or 16.0%. Average sale prices increased by 11.4% in January 2017.
