July 2017 vs. July 2016 The number of active listings in Orangeville increased by 221.21% in July 2017 vs. July 2016! 19 more listings came on the Toronto Board in July 2017 vs. July 2016, which is an increase of 27.94%. The number of homes sold decreased by 23 sales. The average days on the market increased from 15 days to 18 days. Average sale prices were up by 5.53%.

Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date increased from 514 to 640, which is an increase of 24.51%. The number of homes sold increased by 12 sales.The average days on the market decreased from 16 to 13 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 20.96%
