March 2016 vs. March 2015 The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 50.52% in March 2016 vs. March 2015. 13 less listings came on the Toronto Board in March 2016 vs. March 2015, which is a decrease of 14.61%. The number of homes sold increased by 10.77% or 7 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 25 to 14 days! Average sale prices were up by 18.84%.

Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date increased from 133 to 198, which is an increase of 48.87%. The number of homes sold increased by 57 homes! The average days on the market decreased from 40 to 16 days!. Average sale prices were up year over year by 11.08%.

March 2016 vs. March 2015 The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 16.32% in March 2016 over the same month in 2015. The number of homes sold increased by 6 homes in March 2016. Average sale prices increased by 8.19%.

Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015 The number of homes sold increased from 92 to 117 or 27.17% in March 2016 over the same month in 2015! Average sale prices were up by 12.29.
