May 2017 vs. May 2016 The number of active listings in Orangeville increased by 32.79% in May 2017 vs. May 2016. 46 more listings came on the Toronto Board in May 2017 vs. May 2016, which is an increase of 51.69%. The number of homes sold increased by 21 sales. The average days on the market remained the same. Average sale prices were up by 15.44%.

Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date increased from 363 to 442, which is an increase of 21.76%. The number of homes sold increased by 35 sales.The average days on the market decreased from 16 to 11 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 26.46%

May 2017 vs. May 2016 The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 14.20% in May 2017 over the same month in 2016. The number of homes sold remained the same in May 2017. Average sale prices increased by 33.19%.

Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016 The number of homes sold increased by 45 sales or 18.0%. Average sale prices increased year over year by 27.81%.
