The number of homes sold decreased by 10 sales.The average days on the market decreased from 22 to 14 days! Average sale prices were up by 15.41%.

Year to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 736 to 711, which is a decrease of 3.40%. The number of homes sold decreased by 14 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 27 to 15 days!. Average sale prices were up year over year by 14.50%
