The number of homes sold decreased by 1.61% or 1 home. The average days on the market decreased from 44 to 38 days. Average sale prices were up by 4.90%.

The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 667 to 588, which is a decrease of 11.84%. The number of homes sold decreased by 11.49% or 47 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 37 to 36. Average sale prices were up year over year by 4.46%.

The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) increased by 0.38% in July, 2014 over the same month in 2013. The number of homes sold increased by 5 homes or 17.24%. Average sale prices decreased by 21.76%.

The number of homes sold increased from 221 to 247 homes or 11.76%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 0.71%.
