The number of homes sold increased by 4.84% or 3 homes. The average days on the market increased from 34 to 35 days. Average sale prices were up by 5.18%.

The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 600 to 506, which is a decrease of 15.67%. The number of homes sold decreased by 13.26% or 46 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 36 to 35. Average sale prices were up year over year by 4.24%.

The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 5.18% in June, 2014 over the same month in 2013. The number of homes sold increased by 3 homes or 6.82%. Average sale prices increased by 9.76%.

The number of homes sold increased from 192 to 214 homes or 11.46%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 4.62%.
