March 2015 vs. March 2014 The number of active listings in Orangeville decreased by 25.4% in March 2015 vs. March 2014. 9 more listings came on the Toronto Board in March 2015 vs. March 2014, which is an increase of 11.3%. The number of homes sold increased by 27.5% or 14 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 27 to 25 days! Average sale prices were up by 2.0%.

Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 197 to 133, which is a decrease of 32.5%. The number of homes sold decreased by 13.6% or 15 homes. The average days on the market increased from 35 to 40 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 4.7%
