The number of homes sold increased by 10.20%. The average days on the market decreased from 39 to 23 days. Average sale prices were up by 15.96%. Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014 The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 770 to 682, which is a decrease of 11.43%. The number of homes sold increased by 21.03% or 98 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 36 days to 27 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.80%.

September 2015 vs. September 2014 The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 71 homes or 25.09% in September 2015 over the same month in 2014. The number of homes sold increased by 16 homes or 57.14%. Average sale prices were down by 19.52%. Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014 The number of homes sold increased from 307 to 475 or 54.72% in September 2015 over the same month in 2014. Average sale prices were up by 10.88%.
