I ventured out early one morning in my Mini Cooper to try to capture trees covered in hoar frost. Dufferin County is truly blessed with having some of the most amazing landscape so I was successful in taking some special photos. During my travels I also came across some of my favorite fine restaurants. What I look for in selecting a restaurant is good food, wide selection of choices, ambiance, and of utmost importance is the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I enjoy taking photographs which hardly qualifies me as a food critique so I’m not going to venture down that road. What I can say with confidence that all of the restaurants that are featured in this week’s blog are special in their own unique way.
