Highly recommend the Mullin group. They are very active in our community and were extremely welcoming when me and my boyfriend finally reached out. My experience with the Mullin Group was amazing from first contact. My brother and I had to assist my mother with selling the family home. As my brother and I live south either side of the GTA we did our due diligence and had three local real estate agents walk my mother’s property north of Shelburne. It became clear Sheila was the best choice as she not only was familiar with the area, but her vast knowledge and empathy was absolutely needed throughout this process. Sometimes house sales are happy things but in this case it was not. For us this was emotional and sad. I really felt like I was in unfamiliar territory a lot of the time, and each time I would call Sheila, she always made time for me and helped take the scary out of this process. Her superior knowledge, attention to detail, assertiveness and rapport (to name a few), were what made me feel comfortable with using her to sell my first home.I felt well taken care of throughout the whole entire process and she made the transition very smooth for me.Two things that I think stood for me, were the initial presentation and the closing package.I am a very visual person, so being able to see everything infront of me; no hidden fees, expectations etc, were all laid out from the start.The closing package was a really well thought out idea in my opinion. Dealing with Shane was great. We must have looked at 10 - 12 houses before we found the one we bought & he never once tried to upsell us from our original budget ( that's a first for me ) and immediately knew what we would like or dislike about any of them before we even went through them. He has a good grasp on renovations & & costs also that can help you with your decision. He even helped us find a mortgage broker once we found the home we wanted. Not a single complaint as Shane was extremely helpful all along. Good guy too so very easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Mike and Sheila are fantastic. After reaching out to have them help with the sale of my parents house, they made themselves available for any questions or issues we had.
